NEW! Weekly Meal Pickup for Fall 2020 - For All Students

Parents, would you like to relieve your breakfast and lunch planning needs and keep your child’s school meal routine? Then, please come pickup school breakfasts and lunches weekly for your children. 

  • During home learning, all lunches will be distributed weekly from Beverly Hills High School for all students district-wide. Enter at the Moreno Dr entrance.
  • Students can purchase weekly breakfast and lunch meals.
    • Kosher style menu (meatless entrees only)
    • Doctor orders for special diets
    • All breakfast and lunch entrees for the week with handling instructions (10 entrees for a 5 day week)
    • Fresh produce variety (farmer’s market style fresh fruits & vegetables)
    • Milk Offered

  • Meal Pickup Times are the same every week beginning Wednesday, August 19, 2020. (Pick One)
    • Wednesday (8:00 am -10:00 am)
    • Thursday (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)

    • For students qualified for free & reduced meals last school year, new meal applications must be submitted within the first 30 days of school to be considered to continue to receive the Free & Reduced Meal program. 
  • Meal Costs will vary depending on student status
    • $2 per breakfast and $4 per lunch for full pay students ($30 for a 5 day week)
    • Free breakfast & lunch for free or reduced approved students
    • Please bring your student ID with you for quicker service (You may still get food without a student ID)
    • Parents may pick up meals without their student present


Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

    • BHUSD will feed all students who want a meal daily regardless of consent per federal regulation. Students without money on account will be charged negatively the full meal price and the parent/guardian will be billed with an email or sent a letter in the mail.
    • Fill out a Meal Waiver Form If you do not want your student to charge negatively on their account. With a meal waiver form filled out, your student will only be able to receive a meal if they have a money on their account. Click here for a "Meal Waiver Form.
    • Grades TK-5: Lunch Meal $4.00
    • Grades 6-8: Lunch Meal $4.50
    • Grades 9-12: Lunch Meal $4.75
    • BHUSD offers free or reduced-priced meals for those that qualify. Students receiving SNAP or MediCal may already automatically qualify for free or reduced-priced meals. 
    • Prepay your child’s account online at Titan K12. Parents can also make payments with a check made out to BHUSD. Please indicate your child’s name and ID number on the check. Cash can be deposited into accounts by cafeteria office staff at the Beverly Hills High School outside of serving hours.
    • Cash is not accepted in Grades TK-5. Cash is accepted at the cafeteria cash registers for Grades 6-12. Change is not given at the register. The change from a transaction is placed on the child’s account for later use.
    • Account balances will rollover automatically to the next school year even if a student changes schools within BHUSD.
    • For refunds, balance transfers, or to donate remaining funds to a student in need within BHUSD, please fill out the Refund Form. If requesting a refund, you will receive a refund check by mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
    • A Refund Form must be received by June 30th of the school year that your child left or graduated BHUSD. Any funds left on account for students who have left BHUSD will automatically be donated to students in need at the beginning of the next school year if a refund form is not received by June 30th.
